Resolved the failure paths.

Fixed UUID-merging and nil-backend failure paths in go-mfp printer discovery, then added regression coverage to make device resolution more reliable.

Corrected discovery-completion and device-presentation behavior in system-config-printer, ensuring found printers are properly surfaced in the workflow.

DRIVER DATA & LEGACY SUPPORT

Kept the long tail working.

Built XML processing tooling for the Foomatic driver database and lookup-site data generation. Preserved legacy-driver support through upstream-source and metadata maintenance, repairing broken driver references.

ACCESSIBILITY & INTERACTION

Small fixes, better access.

Three pull requests shipped in WP Rig v3.1: repaired mobile navigation and submenu toggling, integrated theme.json into conversion workflow, and fixed hidden branding exposed to screen-reader and keyboard users.
